[•] Discuss the process of writing a project report . 

Ans.: A project report is a formal , systematic and organised document done or intended for a specific purpose with its successful completion . It should be written in a clear and useful manner to showcase the work effectively . An organised written presentation is a must to a good project report . 

       However , the particular process of writing the project report is done to meet a successful completion of the project . This type of planning helps in organising data both systematically and chronologically , bringing more focus to the whole project . To create a report , a writer needs go through the following processes : 

   First of all , the writer has to understand the objective of the report . A clear understanding of the objective or purpose of the report helps the writer stay focused on the certain topic . Also , knowing the audience or the intended readers of the report also helps while writing the report .

       In the second place , information needed for the certain project report is gathered from primary sources like books and websites , and secondary sources like interviews and questionnaires . It - actually to say - extends the dimensions of collection of information .

         In the third place , the information collected is checked for the relevance to the report picking out the useless data . 

         After that , the information is grouped together and properly organised so that they form chapters , headings and subheadings , making the report in a precise manner .

         Once the information is organised , it is time to draft the report accordingly including an appropriate analysis . It helps the writer understand if there is insufficient or conflicting evidence .

         After completing the first draft , a review process is to be followed . Not just that , the portions that are ambiguous , repetitive or irrelevant must be rewritten correctly .

         Grammatical and spelling errors as well as any instances of plagiarism that may have crept in should be checked carefully . And , further close inspection on the titles of chapters , headings and subheadings , numbering of sections , pages , tables and appendices is to be performed .

             Therefore , the above mentioned processes are very much crucial as well as important in the case of making and writing a project report .
